It’s really starting to warm up outside and I couldn’t be happier. I love being outside with my family. We enjoy playing all sorts of outside games, walks, bike rides and campfires. We also enjoy grilling and eating outside. Before we grill out we also like to snack. This salsa is great for just that!
This strawberry mango salsa reminds me of summer. It’s so bright in color, and full of flavor. I love the sweet and savory of this dish. The sweet of the fruit combined with the savory of the jalapeno and onion is spot on. There are two ways you can eat this salsa; one with tortilla chips or secondly with cinnamon chips. I personally like the tortilla chips because I like the salt the chips provide with the sweetness of the fruit.
I’ve made this for tailgate parties, cookouts with friends, but also just for my husband and I to eat while sitting on our patio enjoying our backyard. Here in the next picture you will see that even my 3 year enjoys it, as long as the jalapeños are not hot.
If your looking for a different type of salsa try this one out and let me know what you think.

- 1 mango, diced
